Thrust Roller Bearings

1. Cylindrical roller thrust bearing

SERIES: 

Metric-81100, 81200, 81700, 89000, 87000.

FEATURES: 

XLB cylindrical roller thrust bearing is separable and can carry heavy axial loads. This type of bearing is divided into single row and double row.

*Single directions bearings and can only accommodate axial load in one direction.They can't limit the dispalcement in radial. They are stiff and insensitive to shock loads, and they require little space. Their main use is in applications where the load carrying capacity of thrust ball bearing is inadequate and the speeds requirement is low.

*Double row can carry axial load in both directions and limit axial displacement in both directions.

Note: The leaning of the shaft is forbidden when the beaings are used.

CAGE:

Machine brass caged are gennerally used.

APPLICATIONS:

The bearings are suitable for oil drilling machine, metal producing equpiment, etc.

2. Needle roller thrust bearings

SERIES: 

AX, AXNW, AXW, SZ.

FEATURES:

Needle thrust bearings are an option for high axial load capacities but minimal envelope space.

These bearings consist of a stamped or machined cage and rollers. The cage retaining the rollers is paired with thrust washers that act as raceways. Thrust bearings can be used without thrust washers when the faces of adjacent machine components can serve as raceways, allowing the machine to be even more compact. These bearings provide a high degree of stiffness and are most suitable where high accuracy is required at high speeds and under fluctuating heavy loads.

APPLICATIONS: 

Machine tools and high-pressure pumps.

3. Spherical roller thrust bearings

SERIES: 

Metric-29200, 29300, 29400

FEATURES: 

This type of bearings is separable. The spherically formed outer ring raceway can make selfalignment. There fore ,if there is deflection of the shaft,it is automatically corrected.There is an angle between the working line of load and the center line of shaft.Then bearings can take not only greatly radial load but also some axial loads in either direction. They have excellentload-carrying capacity and are suitable for use where there are heavy or impact loads, such as waterpower, upright style electromotor ect.

Note: Before using they have to be preloaded.

CAGE:

Pressed steel cages and machined brass cages are used

APPLICATIONS:

waterpower,upside style electromotor,screw propeller shafe used in watercraft,swiveling working table of machine tool,decelerator andmoudling machine used in rolling mill.

4. Taper roller thrust bearings

SERIES:

FEATURES:

The tapered rollers (with larger spherial end) of these bearings are guided precisely by the integral flanges of the washers (shaft washer and housing washer) with raceways.

APPLICATIONS:

In cran hooks and roating platform for oil drillings.
